In order to apply you should have either:

• The program operates on an open enrollment basis, and there are no specific entry requirements. Individuals with a genuine interest in the subject matter are welcome to participate. OR;

• Unit 03: Lead and manage team working in health and social care or children and young people’s settings
• Unit 04: Manage induction in health and social care or children and young people’s settings
• Unit 05: Manage personal development in health and social care or children and young people’s settings
• Unit 06: Undertake a research project within services for health and social care or children and young people
• Unit 07: Understand safeguarding of children and young people for those working in the adult sector
• Unit 08: Understand how to manage finance within own area of responsibility in health and social care or children and young people’s settings
• Unit 09: Understand partnership working
• Unit 10: Promote professional development

Assessment is via assignment submission

The fee for the programme is as follows:
