2. Leadership in Healthcare Management: Develop leadership skills essential for effectively managing healthcare teams, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational change.
3. Stress Management Techniques: Learn practical strategies for identifying, managing, and reducing stress in healthcare settings, promoting well-being for both professionals and patients.
4. Resilience Building Strategies: Develop resilience-building skills to cope with challenges, adapt to change, and thrive in high-pressure healthcare environments.
5. Health and Social Care Policy Analysis: Examine healthcare policy frameworks, legislation, and regulations shaping service delivery and provision.
6. Professional Certificate in Stress Management and Resilience Building: Acquire specialized knowledge and skills in stress management and resilience building, enhancing your ability to support both patients and colleagues.
7. Applied Research Project: Apply knowledge and skills acquired throughout the course to conduct an independent research project addressing real-world challenges in health and social care.

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 Months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1350
• 9 Months - Standard mode @ GBP £1050

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

6 Months programme
● Payment option (a): GBP £450 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1282.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 Months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £210 x 5 monthly instalments
● Payment option (d): GBP £525 x 2 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (e): GBP £997.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The qualification is delivered by London School of International Business (LSIB) and it is awarded by an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Body. All of the qualifications are listed on the Ofqual register.
