   • Explore foundational concepts and theories in healthcare management, including organizational behavior, leadership, and strategic planning.

2. Healthcare Quality Improvement:

   • Learn strategies for enhancing healthcare quality, including quality assessment, performance measurement, and continuous quality improvement.

3. Risk Management in Healthcare:

   • Understand the principles of risk management in healthcare, including risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance.

4. Patient Safety:

   • Examine the importance of patient safety in healthcare delivery, including error prevention, patient advocacy, and safety culture development.

5. Healthcare Policy and Regulation:

   • Explore healthcare policies, regulations, and ethical considerations impacting quality and risk management in healthcare settings.

6. Healthcare Data Analytics:

   • Learn how to utilize healthcare data analytics to identify trends, assess outcomes, and make informed decisions related to quality and risk management.

7. Legal and Ethical Issues in Healthcare:

   • Understand the legal and ethical considerations in healthcare, including confidentiality, informed consent, and liability management.

8. Leadership in Healthcare Quality and Risk Management:

Assessment is via assignment submission

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 Months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1350
• 9 Months - Standard mode @ GBP £1050

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

6 Months programme
● Payment option (a): GBP £450 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1282.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 Months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £210 x 5 monthly instalments
● Payment option (d): GBP £525 x 2 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (e): GBP £997.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The qualification is delivered by London School of International Business (LSIB) and it is awarded by an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Body. All of the qualifications are listed on the Ofqual register.
