   • Introduction to key concepts, roles, and responsibilities in health and social care.

2. Diversity and Inclusion in Healthcare:

   • Addressing cultural competence, unconscious bias, and discrimination.

3. Healthcare Policies and Regulations:

   • Exploration of healthcare policies, regulations, and ethical considerations.
   • Understanding the impact of policies on diversity and inclusion in healthcare.

4. Patient Rights and Advocacy:

   • Promoting patient rights, autonomy, and informed consent.
   • Advocating for patients from diverse backgrounds and marginalized communities.

5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

   • Developing effective communication skills with diverse populations.
   • Enhancing empathy, active listening, and rapport-building techniques.

6. Promoting Equal Access to Healthcare:

   • Strategies for ensuring equal access to healthcare services for all individuals.

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 Months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1350
• 9 Months - Standard mode @ GBP £1050

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

6 Months programme
● Payment option (a): GBP £450 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1282.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 Months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £210 x 5 monthly instalments
● Payment option (d): GBP £525 x 2 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (e): GBP £997.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The qualification is delivered by London School of International Business (LSIB) and it is awarded by an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Body. All of the qualifications are listed on the Ofqual register.
