3. Unit 3: Nutrition and Disease Prevention

   • Role of nutrition in preventing chronic diseases
   • Dietary strategies for managing conditions like diabetes and heart disease
   • Nutritional considerations for specific health conditions

4. Unit 4: Wellness Practices

   • Physical activity recommendations for health and wellness
   • Stress management techniques
   • Sleep hygiene and its impact on overall well-being

5. Unit 5: Nutrition Education and Counseling

   • Effective communication strategies for nutrition counseling
   • Behavior change theories and techniques
   • Developing personalized nutrition plans

6. Unit 6: Public Health Nutrition

   • Overview of public health nutrition programs and initiatives
   • Addressing nutrition disparities and food insecurity
   • Advocacy for nutrition policies and interventions

7. Unit 7: Practical Application of Nutrition and Wellness

   • Hands-on experience in nutrition assessment and counseling
   • Implementing wellness programs in community settings

Assessment is via assignment submission

The fee for the programme is as follows:

• 6 Months - Accelerated mode @ GBP £1350
• 9 Months - Standard mode @ GBP £1050

The programme offers following fee payment plans:

6 Months programme
● Payment option (a): GBP £450 x 3 monthly instalments
● Payment option (b): GBP £1282.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

9 Months programme
● Payment option (c): GBP £210 x 5 monthly instalments
● Payment option (d): GBP £525 x 2 quarterly instalments
● Payment option (e): GBP £997.50 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The qualification is delivered by London School of International Business (LSIB) and it is awarded by an Ofqual-regulated Awarding Body. All of the qualifications are listed on the Ofqual register.
